I found the multiple pools to be a great feature, as each offered a different atmosphere. The lazy river provided a relaxing way to see the grounds. The staff addressed an issue with builders quickly, they upgraded our room efficiently. Overall , it was a very good experience.
The taxi service arranged through the hotel led to a negative experience. The driver's unprofessional behavior and inappropriate comments. I felt unsafe and rushed during this excursion.

The salad selection was quite limited. I also found the drinks inconsistent. Even bottled cola tasted off.

I appreciated the diverse restaurant options. the main dining area provided a good variety. i especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights. also, the room was quite spacious with a balcony. I really appreciated the extra space.
the wi-fi signal was only reliably available in the reception area, a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently close to several local shops and cafes. A short taxi ride took me to the new marina area. It presented a good mix of tourist spots and local experiences, which i always appreciate.

The gardens were lush. The big pool areas were nice. Many activities were available. The rooms were spacious.
The english level of the employees NEEDS improvement. The communication was difficult because of this. Spa prices seemed RIDICULOUSLY expensive. They were much more expensive than the average prices in europe.
